Christmas Deliveries
Please be advised that all orders are shipped using Australia Post exclusively. When placing orders, please be mindful of delivery time frame as specified by Australia Post and consider selecting Express Shipping at check out.
Perth, Darwin, Hobart:
Standard Delivery cut off lodgement: 12th December.
Express Delivery cut off lodgement : 19th December.
Victoria, QLD & NSW:
Standard Delivery cut off lodgement: 19th December.
Express Delivery cut off lodgement: 22nd December.
Domestic (Australia)
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of order placement.
All orders are sent via Australia Post who aim for delivery within 2-6 business days. Please note longer delivery times for post codes considered ‘remote’ as per Australia Post, over public holidays and during sale times. On dispatch, a confirmation email containing the tracking link will be sent to the email used when placing the order.
Free shipping is offered on domestic orders over $120.00AUD.
Orders below $120.00AUD are shipped at a flat rate of $6.00AUD.
Orders utilising Express Shipping have a flat rate of $15.00AUD.
All shipping charges inclusive of additional third party service fees are non refundable as per refund policy.
Lost Orders
Luxtrés takes no responsibility for deliveries which have been marked as ‘delivered’ by Australia Post to the address provided at checkout. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that this information is correct at point of purchase. If your order has been marked as ‘delivered’ on your tracking information but is not in your possession, contact the post office responsible for delivering your order (consult the Australia Post tracking page).
Return to Sender
If tracking correspondence says ‘attempted delivery’ or ‘deliverable and being returned to sender’, contact Australia Post immediately. In most cases an error has been made in the shipping address provided or they require your assistance in completing the delivery. If Australia Post are unable to deliver your package, please email hello@luxtres.com with the problem at hand, the Luxtrés order number and the correct shipping address.
In the instance your order is returned to us citing incorrect shipping address or refusal and you have not contacted us, your order will be refunded minus any shipping costs incurred by the customer.
